- Focus on Learning: We accept LEARNING as the fundamental purpose of our school, and ask critical questions. We use learning as the filter through which we evaluate all of our practices.
- Collaborative Culture: We create meaningful teams that support one another's strengths and expand our pool of ideas, materials, and methods.
- Results-Oriented: We measure effectiveness based on results rather than intentions. We work to identify students who need more time and support, and to identify strategies to improve our individual and collective ability to teach skills and concepts.
